Your data is used to manage appointments, process payments through secure third-party apps, and improve your experience with us.

Your Privacy Rights:
You can request, update, or delete your personal info anytime by contacting us directly.

 

Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients, please review the following:

Consultations Required:

All premium services require a consultation before booking. Pricing is discussed during the consultation. Premium services include but are not limited to Knotless Braids, Boho Braids, Faux Locs, Sew Ins, and any other services that are 4 hours or longer, require using human hair, or adding on services such as Apple Cider Vinegar Cleanse Braiding Hair, Shampoos and Treatments, etc.


Deposit Policy:

  • $50 deposit required for services under $300

  • $100 deposit required for services $300+

  • All deposits go toward your final balance and are refundable if your appointment is canceled 72 hours or more in advance.


Custom Pricing Inquiries:
Due to the personalized nature of our services, final pricing is determined based on the desired style, size, length, and volume.

Please call or text to discuss your specific look and receive a personalized quote.


Hair Preparation:
Please arrive with freshly shampooed, detangled, and/or blow-dried hair unless you decide to add a shampoo service 24 hours in advance.
(Complimentary blow-dry included on detangled hair if needed)

 Phone Use Policy
To maintain a smooth and efficient styling experience, phone use is not permitted during services that require your head to be tilted backward (such as braids, feed-ins, and similar styles).

However, looking downward or straight ahead at your phone is allowed during services that are ergonomically comfortable for the stylist and do not interfere with the service being performed.


Additional Notes:

  •  Children Policy
    Children who are not being serviced are welcome if they are able to wait patiently and without disruption. Please ensure they are supervised at all times to maintain a calm and focused environment for all clients. 


Late Policy:

  • 20-minute grace period

  • $10 late fee applies every 20 minutes after grace period

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if more than 40 minutes late


Cancellation Policy: 

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling

 No Call / No Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without calling or texting in advance will be marked as a No Call / No Show. This results in the forfeiture of any deposit paid and may result in limited booking privileges moving forward.

Repeat offenses may lead to being blocked from scheduling future appointments. We value mutual respect and communication — if you’re unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
